AE 4-day Immersion Intro
February 27 – March 1, 2024 – Tuesday to Friday Edmonton, Alberta In-Person

April 16-19, 2024 dates Online training session.

Active Engagement supports each person to ‘make real’ the cutting-edge theories we hear about: to internalize and practice higher awareness and engagement; and with the ability to better lead a group through stuck places, ‘undiscussables’, and high conflict situations.
This 4-day training provides a theoretical grounding, skill practice and the opportunity to develop your existing communications and engagement skills to a level of higher personal mastery.
Participants describe this session as enhancing the effectiveness of staff at all levels, providing immediate ways to engage challenging situations, and doing so with great depth and respect for personal freedom. They also find it a powerful personal relationship enhancer.

27 February – 1 March will be our next face to face training in Edmonton, Alberta. We look forward to continuing our in-person work while offering online sessions as well!

16 – 19 April, 2024 AE Intro 4-day using our Online Small Group Training platform.

We look forward to the rich learning experiences! Attendees at multiple AE 4-day trainings have described them as “the best training I’ve attended,” and more broadly past grads speak of this as “the most impactful training I’ve taken, personally and professionally.”
