Active Engagement – Why this practice now?
The ability to engage effectively, to relate well and thoughtfully, is a necessary skill in the workplace, community & personal relationships. This course provides a framework to enhance, practice, and discover ways to relate with integrity, work more creatively, and show up as your better self / team.
This approach invites you to explore ways to build on your strengths and overcome blindspots and frustrating patterns that bedevil us all. MORE
Our next public AE Intro 4-day training is 17-20 November, 2020 using our Online Small Group Training platform. Given current conditions with Covid-19 in North America, it proved advantageous and imperative to alter the scheduled Active Engagement training to our Online Immersion model.
We look forward to another rich learning experience! Attendees at multiple AE 4 day trainings have described them as “the best online training I’ve attended.”
A 9-month online (no travel) deep dive into the depth and breadth of Active Engagement practice. Suitable for 4-day grads AND past AE practicum grads seeking both a refresher and a deeper dive into the material and work. MORE
