Active Engagement supports each person to ‘make real’ the cutting-edge theories we hear about: to internalize and practice higher awareness and engagement; and with the ability to better lead a group through stuck places, ‘undiscussables’, and high conflict situations.

This 4-day training provides a theoretical grounding, skill practice and the opportunity to develop your existing communications and engagement skills to a level of higher personal mastery.
Participants describe this session as enhancing the effectiveness of staff at all levels, providing immediate ways to engage challenging situations, and doing so with great depth and respect for personal freedom. They also find it a powerful personal relationship enhancer.
